Description
ColomerUSA,Inc., a full-service manufacturer of quality salon products with brandsthat include: American Crew, Creative Nail Design, Framesi, ROUX, ABBA,Revlon Realistic, and African Pride, is seeking a Marketing Manager forCreative Nail Design, located in Vista, CA.

Purpose:
The CND Marketing Manager is fully responsible for the profitable,strategic and tactical execution of marketing programs within theassigned category/brand range. This individual serves as a coordinatorbetween all departments in planning, research, development and eventualimplementation of brand initiatives. Projects are to be managed in linewith corporate strategic objectives.

Job Duties Include But Are Not Limited To The Following:
• Manage all day to day brand management activities surrounding assigned categories/brands.
• Develop and implement advertising and promotional strategies.
• Develop long-term (2-year) strategic plans for assigned businesses.
• Assist in the development, testing and introduction of new products, to ensure growth.
• Monitor, evaluate and proactively manage competitive brand information to maintain advantage.
• Work closely with all functional groups to ensure project completion.
• Review existing lines for sku rationalization, packaging, pricing and merchandising.
• Employ cost control management and full P&L reconciliation for assigned businesses.
• Provide strategic direction as well as selling materials for respective brands to field sales.
• Place continued emphasis on enthusiasm, team sharing and creative idea generation.
• Manage the evaluation of promotional events to ensure acceptable return.

Requirements
Special Requirements of the Position:
• Proven analytical ability using fact based data.
• Developed written and presentation skills.
• Working knowledge of media production and management.
• Computer proficiency desired.
• Team player with enthusiastic outlook and creative mind.

Experience: Three to five years “classical” marketing experience

Education: B.A. in Marketing, Business or equivalent

Salary: Commensurate with experience. Full benefits pkg.
