Beer Specialist

Koerner Distributor, Inc. is the largest Downstate Illinois beer distributor. We are currently hiring a Beer Specialist for a sales territory that will stretch from the St. Louis Metro East area to Carbondale and Charleston. This position will report to the Import/Craft and Specialty Beer Manager at Koerner. The Beer Specialist will possess a passion for the beer industry, specifically imported and craft brands. Most important is a desire for continued knowledge and an uncompromising will to win at retail. Duties will include managing Koerner's import/craft portfolio in selected key accounts throughout the Southern Illinois market. Wait staff, Koerner Associate and consumer education will also be a job duty. This posit is ultimately responsible for delivering sales volume and distribution in  key accounts. The qualified candidate will have a 4 year degree and entry level sales experience in addition to the abovementioned passion.
