Bi-Lingual Receptionist

We are currently recruiting for a Bilingual Receptionist for our client's distribution center.  This is a direct placement position that offers a great working environment with a well established and reputable company.Duties:  Handle all incoming calls on a multi-line switchboard Provide administrative support to the HR Manager  Data entry of all purchase orders and changes to sales orders  General administrative duties as assigned Requirements: Ability to work in a fast paced environment Previous administrative experience Proficient in MS Office Must speak spanishThe hours for the position are Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm with a 1 hour lunch.  Our client offers a great benefits package as well!  Please apply online today!
