Bilingual District Sales Manager

Responsibilities

- Grow and sustain profitable sales by meeting sales plans

- Implement field strategy to achieve direct selling excellence

- Effectively recruit, train and motivate independent sales representatives, helping them achieve personal and company goals

- Provide strong leadership in a territory that can generate up to $2 million a year in sales

 

Requirements

- At least three years related experience (cold calling/ recruiting essential)

- Excellent leadership skills (mentoring, coaching, motivating)

- High level of business acumen

- A passion for sales and motivating salespeople

- Multi-level marketing experience a plus

- College coursework/degree preferred

- English/Spanish bilingual skills a must
