Bilingual English/Korean Marketing Staff

A well-established International Consumer Products Company is seeking for excellent candidate for their Bilingual English/Korean Marketing Associate(Full-time).

 

Job description: report to Director of Marketing, work together with another English Korean Marketing Associate, plan, implement, and review effective marketing campaigns, collaborating with other bilingual marketing associates, manage and encourage distributor's sales activities in Korean group (inside sales) (This is a main task). Successful candidates will take care of distributors' sales management. You will check the sales status of each top level distributors and encourage their sales throughout the year, especially each month end.Also, you proactively conduct planning for potential distributors and help them grow their business and follow-up those plan. Some overnight travel required in campaign seasons (Spring/Fall, 5-10% out of overall).

 

Requirements:

*Bachelor’s Degree 
*1-3+ full-time working experience with strong work ethics

*Bilingual in English and Korean with cultural understanding. 
*PC (Windows OS) and software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, etc).

*Experience and enthusiasm in cosmetic business; OR experience in direct sales business with strong interest in cosmetics.
