Bilingual Production Supervisor, Manufacturing

$52,000.00 + 10% bonus potential Need an experienced production supervisor out of any industry. Must be open to off shift and they work 3 - 12 hour days and are off and then 4 - 12 hour days. They like good people motivation skills and strong interest in their position.

Must have experience as a Production Supervisor in Manufacturing. A related college degree is preferred but not required
Must be bilingual able to speak both English and Spanish
Must be willing to work off shifts
Must have good communication and coaching skills

Manufacturing Bilingual Production Supervisors base salary to $52,000 and bonus potential

Major leader in architectural glass manufacturing has multiple positions available for bilingual production supervisors to work second or third shift in their largest plant located in Georgia.

This facility is experiencing rapid growth and provides thorough training for professional development. Under the direction of the Business Unit Manager, this position is responsible for the day-to-day manufacturing operations in the assigned department. Incumbent will have responsibility to achieve productivity, efficiency, customer service, cost, quality, safety and EOE objectives through both individual and team contributions. Selected individual will provide direction, leadership, development and support to direct reports through empowerment, teamwork, on-the-job assignments and continuous improvement initiatives. This is a key operations position with opportunities to demonstrate leadership, business savvy and teamwork skills in a rapid paced environment. Provided is an excellent benefit package, bonus potential that has an excellent track record and overtime pay for weekend work when approved at time a ½ for Saturday and double time for Sunday.
