Brand Manager, Beauty/Personal Care

    Position Purpose:Brand Manager for Corporate and exclusive brands for all Beauty and Personal Care products and categories. Essential Responsibilities:§  Lead and implement the Corporate Brand strategy in personal care and beauty, including brand strategy and product strategy via: Brand portfolio strategy Product development Product positioning Supplier evaluation, development and relationship building Package design strategy New item introduction Marketing/promotional strategy Pricing Category recommendations-item deletions, shelf set recommendations, etc. Team member communication and training§  Responsible for meeting sales goals of brand portfolio.§  Responsible for identification and measurement of consumer trends within Giant Eagle and externally to identify sales trends and opportunities.§  Responsible for leading ongoing meetings and communication with Giant Eagle merchandising, including making fact-based proposals and recommendations for merchandising approval.Experience/Education Requirements:A Bachelor's Degree is Required.Minumum of 5  years experience in Beauty/Personal Care industry.  Retail experience in category is ideal.Previous experience developing brands in the Personal Care and Beauty businesses.Keen consumer focus-understanding of consumer decision making and new consumer trends.Neilsen/IRI experience preferred. Knowledge of internal retailers sales data systems preferred. Qualified candidates - may apply by e-mailing a resume to resumes@gianteagle.com .  Please indicate in the subject line:  BL-Brand Manager, Beauty   Job Title: Brand Manager, Beauty/Personal Care Company: Giant Eagle Job Category: Marketing/Product Status: Full Time, Employee Salary: 65,000.00 - 85,000.00 USD /yearBonus Plan Relevant Work Experience: 5+ to 7 Years Company: Giant Eagle Reference Code: BL-Beauty Brand Manager
