Brand/Product Manager

Are you a brand management professional with world-class consumer goods experience, confident in your abilities?

 

As we continue to invest in our marketing efforts and our marketing department expands, we have a need to hire a dynamic Brand Manager to lead the marketing efforts for our premier product line.  We are the second largest distributor of Marvin window and door products and need your expertise to make us number one!

As the Brand Manager for our premier product line you will have responsibilities in the annual strategic planning process. With assistance, you will develop and implement the marketing programs and promotions including consumer & trade advertising promotions and campaign launches; that increase brand recognition and sales for our premier product lines.

 

Some Responsibilities:

 Collaborate in creating concept for the marketing strategies of our dealer programs including advertising/promotionsImplement and oversee dealer programProactively develop and oversee the execution of the day-to-day tactical development and execution of programsImplement and monitor the marketing department's operating budget for their designated products; including processing of invoices and expense forecastingManage the development of marketing promotional materials by working with  internal creative teams and external production vendors to develop all promotional materials related to brand marketing projectsStays abreast of changes in the marketing environment to best serve company objectives and adjusts plans and strategies accordinglyAnalyze competitive marketplace and follow online advertising and trendsWork with retailers to track demand, participate in forecasting process and track performanceOversee the product databases along with the marketing analyst

 Some requirements are:

 3-5 years of progressively responsible product management experience preferably in a high-end/premium consumer products/services or B2B environmentExperience utilizing an advertising agencyDemonstrated experience in critical marketing competencies with the proven ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plansHands on experience with brand and business management basics, advertising, media, product positioning, and budgetingProven successful experience developing products, promotions, and incentive programs Must have strong written, verbal, and presentation skillsComprehension of online marketing strategies a plusTravel 35% of the time to visit dealer base, other locations, and trade shows
