POSITION SUMMARY:This position reports to CO Team Lead and is responsible for working with Nestle peers including the LGO, GC, NBS, BTC and business units to support SAP ERP solution that has been implemented. This position is responsible to identify additional user requirements, develop designs to support Nestle business processes, and recommend solutions related to CO Costing activities in the areas of Distribution, Overheads and Transportation. This position will be responsible for the support of custom built solutions implemented using different tools with in SAP and other software tools like OROS and OCM. The incumbent assists with development, testing, and support activities related to the GLOBE SAP controlling and costing applications. This includes analyzing and understanding business challenges, mapping current business processes to new systems, identifying business process impacts, determining interface requirements, and resolving issues that affect business processes. The position will work closely with different Finance business user community in support of Finance Period End Close process.The individual occupying this position also writes functional specifications, develops appropriate test scenarios and scripts, analyzes test results, documents process and system problems, and works with the technical team to resolve them. The candidate will ensure that a design being implemented supports operating objectives and business requirements and utilizes best practices. In addition, the incumbent collaborates with project managers to ensure that the delivered system matches the functionality specified.The individual in this position is competent in the SAP FICO modules and is familiar with the integration points with SAP Materials Handling, Warehouse Management and BW. Good understanding on Activity Based Costing and Supply Chain processes is preferred The individual should be proficient in developing and maintaining custom developments in SAP environment along with Batch Job Management. The individual in this position is competent in SAP project management. They are able to regularly coach other team members and assist other so that project deadlines are met.* Provide on-going production support, regularly monitor and update service desk help tickets; provide user assistance, collaborate with appropriate teams to get system fixes tested and implemented * Design and implement business processes using best practices to satisfy business requirements; collaborate with business users, LGO and GLOBE colleagues to design, develop, test, train and implement process or system enhancements and production support solutions* Provide business analysis for the CO functional area, collaborate with GLOBE application specialists to develop functional/technical specifications, change requests* Execute Period End Close processes in the areas of Distribution Costing and Overhead Cost Management* Batch Jobs set up and Monitoring* Lead small projects; regularly coach other project personnel to ensure functionality is developed in a way that complies with business requirements and established methodologies and practices * A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or related discipline, or equivalent work* Conceptual knowledge of information technologies and methodologies; specific knowledge with ERP functional processes and tools is critical* Solid understanding of standard financial business processes within General Ledger, Period closing functions, Planning and Budgeting, Financial Statements and reporting, Materials Management, Cost Center and Profit Centers is critical, strong knowledge of Nestlé costing standards.EXPERIENCE:* 5 years of experience in a relevant functional area, such as finance, factory finance or logistics; preferably with ERP applications* Experience in the industry or in a CPG environment* Two or more years of experience in which one or more of the following occurred:1) Successfully worked on implementing ERP or other complex IT applications2) Developed efficient and effective solutions to diverse and complex business problemsSKILLS:* Experience with business processes related to finance and controlling and must show strong understanding of financial business processes* Strong analytical aptitude with a proven ability to analyze/interpret business requirements and translate them into functional specifications* Excellent verbal and written skills, organizational and time-management abilities * Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, including aptitude for mentoring and coaching others, and the ability to work with personnel at all organizational levels* Flexibility and adaptability to the demands and requirements of a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities; ability to work on multiple projects and assignments simultaneously* Excellent creative thinking skills with emphasis on developing innovative solutions to complex problems that may not have one clear answer; the ability to identify alternatives, workarounds or temporary solutions * The ability to challenge the status quo and recommend new methods and solutions to problems and issues * Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint and Outlook RESPOND HERE!
