Business Analyst (Customer Management)

Brief Job Description:

· Work within a team to provide new functionality for Kao Brands global systems.  Also provide day-to-day support for existing functionality.

· Provide excellent customer service within established SLAs.  Willingness to be “on call” and provide support outside normal business hours.

· Work with customers, Business Analysts, and other ITSS staff to define and deliver outstanding business solutions.  Manage issues resolution.

· Write requirements documents, technical & functional specifications, test plans, and any other required documentation.  Execute and document all work using standard methodology.  Provide user training and knowledge transfer.

· Pursue continuous improvement in data quality, application features, and performance.

· Actively pursue strong customer relationships.  Become a trusted partner to your customer. 

· Research IT technology and CPG industry trends.  Remain technically current. 

· Understand the integration points of this role.  Develop extensive functional skills and be able to bring best practices to KBC.

· Gain an understanding of KBC’s systems landscape and how they enable each business process.

 

Job Requirements: 

· University Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems.

· Specific Application Systems (SAP, SAP Business Intelligence or Cognos, RDBMS).

· Programming and structured query language (SQL) experience.

· Strong independent problem solving skills.

· Strong analytical skills. 

· Basic to moderate level understanding of a major business function.  This includes general functional knowledge as well as the supporting transactional systems, reporting, statutory, legal and audit requirements. 

· Self-motivated, independent worker. 

· Entry Level to Two Years of relevant experience.
