Business Analyst III

 

Position Summary

 Responsible for ensuring current daily operations documents are accurate and timely, including Master Production Schedules (MPS), Variable Production Schedules (VPS), IFBL, First Pass Yield (FPY) and any reports/outputs (tags/diagrams/forecasting/lean tools) that drive operations improvementResponsible for assisting with/assigning hardware support as requested by the North America Region Infrastructure TeamResolve desktop hardware and software issues when Help Desk timelines do not meet customer needsUpdate and communicate all internal operational information in a timely, accurate and user friendly fashionDefine technical and non-technical requirements based on operational needs and enterprise systemsEnsure adequate documentation of IT processes and programs.  Document Business Processes relative to IT systemsEnsure compliance with Global and Regional IT project guidelinesProvide coverage when IT Team members are not available

 

Requirements

 Bachelor's degree Computer Science or equivalent experience in lieu of degreeTwo years working in a project environment with Business Analysis emphasisStrong experience with MS Office (particularly Excel) is required along with the ability to transform formulas into business prototypes/requirements as enterprise projects demandStrong knowledge of Visual Basic 6, SQL Server 2000 DTS packages and T-SQL, Crystal ReportsAbility to problem-solve and act as a coach/technical resource for hourly and management level employees and internal customersExperience in conducting performance management processStrong customer service orientation (internal and external)Working knowledge of programs and systems such as Link, KRONOS  a plusProcess and data modeling experience using MS Visio preferredKnowledge of PERL, Pendragon helpful
