Complete funding process daily, and assemble all information into funding requisition including detailed back up and answer any questions or concerns that may arise.2. Ensure that all account clean-up is processed within 4-days of receipt.3. Responsible for supporting 15-30 master dealers daily. Each master location may have numerous sub-locations.4. Answer phone calls and e-mails daily within a 3 hour turn-around timeframe.5. Provide ongoing support to dealers to resolve outstanding business issues to make accounts fundable, then review practices that might reduce the number of accounts needing assistance with.6. Research disputes as required.7. Assist dealers in helping them understand the necessary business information to strengthen and build a positive working relationship with the Authorized dealers.8. Review dealer reports and provide proactive feedback with concerns on trends from these reports.9. Perform high volume customer service support during the funding process.10. Provide ongoing support and counseling to the dealer on all guideline changes and funding process.11. Access the dealers overall abilities and provide supplemental up training as needed.12. Keep NOC’s (Notification of Cancellation’s) current by processing no less than 10 per day.13. Assistance in and provide coverage for team members out of the office.14. Ensure that all reports are “pushed” out to the Dealer Web.15. Assist with special projects, as necessary.16. Maintaining up to date, complete, and accurate dealer information.Requirements:Education: High School Diploma, or equivalent.Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a Customer Service role, or general business experience. Minimum 1 year of Mastermind and Informix experience. CARMS experience preferred, but not required.Skills: MS Word and Excel required. MS Access preferred but not required. Knowledge of Imager preferred. Excellent Written and verbal skills. Demonstrated independent judgment skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks. Type 35 wpm. Excellent customer service skills.
