The position is responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and on on-going support of the Customer Development business systems and tools. This includes providing user support and troubleshooting of issues within CD field and HQ based users of the Sales Reporting (Merlin) tools. Additional responsibilities include understanding user requirements and needs and turning them into actionable reporting solutions. Candidate must be a team player who enjoys working in a faced paced collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for on-going support of CD systems and business tools ensuring that systems and processes are functioning within SLAs - providing a high level of data accuracy.
- Assist in the development of reporting solutions leveraging Hyperion Reports, Excel, and Access.
- Responsible for proactively and reactively communicating with business users regarding systems and tools.
- Provide direction and input to the sales training department in the development of training materials.
- Prepare system documentation and keep the documentation current with any changes or enhancements.
- Identify opportunities to automate internal processes and develop the user requirements documentation

Challenges:
- Successfully handling calls with users at various levels across organization.
- Escalating application and database issues to the IT Business Partnering group.
- Communicating effectively to the CD organization regarding specific system issues.
