CUSTOMER SERVICE/INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Consumer Products Company in the Somerset, NJ area is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative.  Candidate will be responsible for:Generating business opportunities from new and existing customers.Conducting telemarketing calls.Following up on leads from various sources (trade shows), and educating customers on products.Assist in mailing projects.Processing and inputting customer sales orders.Building and maintaining excellent working relationships with customers by responding to all inquiries and concerns regarding orders, pricing, invoices, shipments and inventory in a courteous and efficient manner.Overseeing all paperwork associated with orders and maintaining the corresponding files.Answering phone calls and operating various types of office machines and computers necessary to perform duties.Effectively corresponding and communicating with customers as required.
