Consumer Order Pick/Pack Supervisor

The Lang Companies has a distribution center located in Hartland, WI (Waukesha County) and we are currently looking to fill the following position:



Consumer Order Pick/Pack Supervisor – This position is primarily responsible for directing the processing, picking, packing and shipping of consumer orders. In addition, this position will be responsible for wholesale order fulfillment as required. This is a flex position requiring a commitment to a seasonal second shift, (typically August 1 to January 1). The remainder of the year will be a first shift position responsible for directing the fulfillment of all order types. We are looking for a strong leader, committed to on time shipping and to creating and maintaining a positive culture based on team work, enthusiasm, fairness and associate development.
