Herbalife International is presently seeking the position of Coordinator, Quality Compliance.  This position will be located in Torrance, Ca.

 

The Compliance Coordinator is primarily responsible to work with distributor services and suppliers for effective and timely corrective action and resolution of quality issues and concerns. This position also assists the Compliance Manager and Quality Assurance auditors in the overall operation of corporate quality assurance compliance activities.

 

· Manage Product Events program:  prepares monthly reports related to complaints, communicates product issues and resolutions with Distributor Services

· Updates monthly QSR scores and discusses with contract manufacturers

· Initiate and follow up on investigations and ensures that all corrective actions are tracked to completion.

· Conduct routine audits of executed batch records from contract manufacturers

· Assist in the management of the Deviation and CAPA programs

· Represent QA and communicate requirements and concerns to project teams.

 

Skills/Experience

· Bachelors Degree in scientific field preferred

· Knowledge of GMP

· Minimum of two years iindustry related experience in Quality Programs

· Excellent written and oral communication skills

· Ability to solve practical problems and carry out responsibilities under general supervision

· Ability to organize workload for effective implementation

· Strong customer and results orientation

· Ability to interact effectively at all levels with sensitivity to cultural diversity

· Ability to function as an effective team member

· Ability to adapt as the external environment and organization evolves
