Copier Service Technician

11th Hour Convention Services is seeking a qualified Copier Service Technician for our short term rental division located in Washington DC.

 

The convention services market generated in excess of $100 billion dollars last year.  Among the many other services,  these conventions require office equipment to utilize for the 7 -10 days of there local event.  11th Hour Convention Services recognized the need for this important niche service and created a program that is unmatched in the market.  With offices in Orlando,Las Vegas and Washington DC, we are considered the premier provider of office equipment rental services with clients nationwide.

 

As a result of our success, we are now in need of an additional service technicinan to join our service team. 

 

Qualified candidate must have:

 

*  Good working knowledge of copiers regardless of brand.

*  Good customer service skills.

*  Flexible schedule.

*  Positive attitude.

 

Job description includes:

 

* Assist the service team in keeping all 11th Hour equipment operating perfectly during the rental period. 

* Technician must ensure all deliveries adn removals are completed promptly according to the customer order.

*  Technician must physically assist in installs and removals of equipment.

*  Technician will assist in the 'dust-off' program which entails prepping the equipment for the next rental period.

*  11th Hour will provide technical training to the qualified candidate.
