Customer Service Manager

Mission Foods, a multi-national food manufacturer has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Manager.  This position, located in Fresno, is responsible for the regional oversight of all Customer Service operations within an assigned region which includes the Pacific Northwest, California and Arizona. Responsible for managing the Customer Service staff in the Fresno Plant. This role is heavily focused on ensuring standardized best practices among all operating units for this region. A successful candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, proven teambuilding and interpersonal skills, excellent time management and organizational skills, and the ability to effectively build external and internal relationships with all levels of management.  Candidates are required to have completed 2 years of college courses.  A bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.  Seeking an individual with a minimum of 5 years management experience including 3 years in a customer service environment.  Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.  Experience in a manufacturing industry preferred.  The ability to travel is necessary for this position.
