Customer Service Rep/Sales Support

EK Success a division of Wilton Products, Inc. and a creative consumer products company is seeking a Customer Service Representative/Sales Support based our Coppell, Texas office.

 Responsibilities include:

·   Will handle all customer service activities, ensuring successful and timely order management and special handling requirements, as well as major product availability and discontinued items.

·  Ensure timely problem/complaint resolution and inter-department support

·  Work with the customers, as well as other personnel (i.e. Sales Managers/Reps & Distribution) as necessary to update orders/account activity, foretell the status or orders prior to shipping, investigate and resolve all types of sales issues, and process credits.

·  Work closely with the Credit Dept. for the collection of Account Receivables and charge-back resolutions.

·  Will interact with the account in person.



Qualifications:

·  A minimum of 3 years related customer support experience required. 

·  BA/BS preferred

·  Must have experience in order management, processing letters of credit, and working with a high volume calls and requests

·  Proficiency in inventory/financial software systems is a must

·  Intermediate level MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) PC applications required.

·  Must be able to illustrate proven interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated ability to work independently and problem solve.

·  Highly motivated, customer focused, team-oriented player.
