Customer Service Representative
Wayne Water Systems, a Scott Fetzer/Bershire Hathaway Company, is looking for a qualified Customer Service Representative:
SUMMARY: To successfully meet and exceed the expectations of Wayne Water Systems customers through focused team efforts. Demonstrate a genuine sense of urgency and commitment to resolving customer concerns and issues, and idetify and escalate unresolved issues for team clarification rather than demonstrate an accepting non-reactive attitude.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
* Customer profile information
* Intermediate product functionality
* Intermediate product functionality, F.A.B.'s of product lines carried by assigned customers
* Intermediate order entry
* Intermediate order and return processing
* Intermediate telephone system knowledge
* Special projects as required
* Project a positive professional image in: Appearance, Actions, & Verbal communications
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. * Successfully complete all job training and qualifications or certification associated with the job including, but
not all-encompassing computer skills, problem solving skills, communication skills, and good interpersonal skills.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: None
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: 2 year college degree or equivalent work experience
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to communicate in English (speak, read, and write)
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Basic mathematics (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and fractions)
REASONING ABILITY: Basic reasoning skills in line with day to day customer service practices
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
* Must be able to work with other people effectively and in a team environment
* Notify SR. CSR, or CS Coordinator of any issues that prevent you from completing your tasks
* Limited travel may be required
* A CSR II can volunteer for the Jounior Achievement program if he or she has been a Wayne Customer Service
employee for at lease 12 months and is in good standing with no verbal or written attendance warnings. The
employee must have earned at least an average rating in his or her last performance evaluation. The Customer
Service manager will approve all requests to volunteer.
