Member Service RepresentativeJob Description: Representatives in the fast-paced call center of our National Service Center will handle incoming calls (80-100/day), answering all membership questions and resolving any problems while upholding the highest level of customer service to our members. Employees will follow all regulations of Bally Total Fitness, record all pertinent information accurately, and order computer-generated letters as needed.Job Requirements: Desire to provide excellent customer service Excellent people and communication skills History of punctuality and good attendance Basic computer and phone knowledge Patience, teamwork, motivation, upbeat and a great attitude High school diploma or equivalence a must. Must have previous customer service experience Bilingual Spanish is a plus but not required, and previous call center experience is also a plus  Must be flexible with schedule. The Call Center is open 5am-9:00pm Monday-Friday; 6am-2:30pm Saturday.  Full-Time Associates will work an 8 hour shift between the hours of operation totaling 40 hours per week.  One Saturday shift per month is also required.  Starting salary is $9.50/hr, $10/hr for Bi-Lingual English/Spanish, with great room for growth and advancement.   Bally Total Fitness offers a complete benefits package, including medical & dental  coverage, vision plan, life insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid vacation and sick days,  401K plan and a free health club membership.
