The Customer Solutions Business Analyst is focused on the utilization of customer, company and syndicated data for developing optimization strategies for customers at a local and national level. The Analyst participates on multiple projects simultaneously and works closely with other team members, departments and bottlers to develop and recommend logistics/supply chain strategies. In addition to handling analytics in the supply chain and logistics arena, the Customer Solutions Business Analyst will focus on transport service modeling, and the development of key performance metrics.Gather and analyze supply chain data (i.e. freight, inventory, warehouse, roles, etc.) Develop Out of Stock scorecards used to communicate root causes and trend analysis Identify root cause issues and recommend appropriate actions for resolution Benchmark BU/MU trends pre and post Customer Excellence Implementation Conduct various downloads from legacy, SAP and customer systems Create databases where appropriate to aggregate data and information Lead the development of customer / MU / BU level scorecards to track performance against objectives Utilize Company tools to provide appropriate constituencies with analysis and modeling scenarios that optimize and meet bottler/customer service levels. Create process for tracking performance (from multiple data sets) against key initiatives for analysis against success criteria Conduct “what if?” analysis to understand sensitivity of analysis Create models that incorporate customer’s payment practices, technology applications and general business practices into process improvement analyses Apply graphical formats (Excel, PowerPoint) for output Convert scenario and sensitivity analysis into charts and graphs (Excel) Combine solution results with graphics to create presentations and reports (PowerPoint, Word) Prepare presentations for Senior Management regarding the recommendations of various studies and projects

 

EDUCATION LEVEL PREFERREDBachelors’ degree in Engineering, Finance, or Business Logistics preferred.


EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Must have a minimum of two years practical work experience in any of the following areas:Business Planning Financial services Manufacturing/Production Management Transportation Planning/Management Warehouse Layout and Design Intermediate Excel skills including Pivot Tables Ability to build databases Walmart retail link experience STRONGLY preferredConsumer Goods Industry Experience REQUIRED 20% travel
