Customer and Product Coordinator

Account Management responsibilities: Provides supporting services for our ecommerce and
product lines to include order entry, customer support and problem resolution.

The Product Coordinator is responsible for both product planning and product marketing. This includes managing the product throughout the product lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision and working closely with the director and the factory to deliver winning products and define future line extensions. It also includes working with all support personnel (marketing, shipping, admin, credit, accounting, etc) to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Product Manager's job also includes purchasing and ensuring that the product and proactive marketing efforts support the company's overall strategy  goals.Success criteria
2-3 years previous customer oriented experience in a b2b environment Minimum one year experience working in a product based environment Excellent communication skills including persuasive writing skills Proficient with MS Office Preferred exposure to contact management software such as ACT
