Outstanding professional and personal growth opportunity is now open with our client that is a leading supermarket operator with stores throughout the greater Boston area.  We are pleased to assist them in finding a strong Deli Merchandiser & Trainer for their field operations.  This position reports to the Director of Deli, Seafood & Cheese and will be responsible for providing leadership to the Deli departments on a company-wide basis. 

We are seeking candidates who bring strong leadership and coaching/teaching skills along with strong knowledge of Deli/Prepared Foods/Food Service.  A commitment to high standards, service and outstanding product quality is a key to the successful candidate.

 

You’ll monitor, coach and train deli department team members and ensure customer interactions are handled effectively and product presentation remains above the competition. 

 

Competitive base salary (to $60k) plus bonus, a company car and full benefits program.  Candidates with a strong retail supermarket/deli/food service background, strong leadership skills and a commitment to excellence are encouraged to respond immediately.
