Director

As a member of our Marketing, Consumer Goods team, you will have a key role in managing and helping to grow our business. This is an excellent opportunity that will focus on expanding and growing existing and newly established accounts. The key to success is the ability to understand client needs in order to design and deliver research that addresses those needs. You will be responsible for proposal creation (designing and pricing studies), as well as developing and managing client relationships. You will proactively initiate client/ prospective client interactions to provide strategic counsel and generate additional projects. You will also provide guidance and advice to project support staff to ensure that client objectives are being met and projects are executed profitably and completed with high client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years Custom Market Research, Consumer Package Goods experience. The position requires strong quantitative, study design and problem solving skills. You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-intensity, high-demand work environment. Prior client service experience required. Position requires the ability to handle multiple projects, be self-motivated, work in a team environment, as well as excellent oral and written communication skills. Prior supervisory experience a plus.
