This individual will deliver overall Marketing Leadership, Strategic Planning, Alignment, Management and Measurement of the annual brand marketing plans across all customer segments.
He/she will become the company’s spokes person in terms of understanding the consumer needs and will ultimately champion the assigned brands.

Responsibilities:
Implement and develop brand marketing communication strategies that drive world-wide sales volume and profit growth as well as build consumer reach and awareness.
Provide the global marketing and brand direction for the Consumer Products Division.
Champion the development of annual and quarterly budgets and manage these in partnership with Finance.
E-marketing strategies developed and executed to support global business objectives.
Work closely with the sales team in each market to create an annual plan and create t integrated marketing programs is successfully executed.
Direct the efforts and results of outside agencies to include advertising and promotion.
Provide Direction and Leadership in an effort to promote the growing retail organization and target appropriate new markets for a broader consumer reach.
Have a strong creative point-of-view and aesthetic for the brand, thus contributing to the development of the Consumer Product divisional strategy.
Develop, coach and manage Direct reports.
Requirements:
Minimum of 10 to 15 years of consumer marketing and brand management experience within a Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) and/or Durables.
Exceptional marketing acumen with the ability to combine the strategic with sound tactical execution.
Solid leadership skills with the ability to mange the efforts and results of cross functional team members.
A creative marketer with the ability to view challenges and opportunities from several vantage points before making a decision.
Strong understanding of financial and retail business diagnostics as well as analytical skills and business acumen.
Know how to leverage the power of consumer insight to develop the most effective strategies and campaigns to drive the business.
Entrepreneurial and innovative style with broad based capabilities and experience in development of a clear differentiated brand positioning that will ensure the growth of brand awareness, equity and standing as a global brand.
Experience in harnessing the power of dynamic consumer brands by possessing a strong creative sense.
Understanding of consumer products, consumer demand, evaluating trends, competitive market positioning, promotional developments and retail channels of distribution.
Bachelor’s degree required (MBA preferred).
