Director of International Sales

The W.E. Bassett Company, supplier of Bassett Brands including TRIM, GEM, pedx & private label personal care products is seeking a Director of International Sales with a strong record of success in a senior sales capacity with a consumer products organization.  Direct a sales staff to identify new sales growth opportunities at existing customers as well as identifying and developing new sales opportunities with new customers.  Manage international agents and distributors to insure maximum sales growth as well as compliance with U.S.  and local laws and regulations.  Insure that the international business operates within budgetary and corporate guidelines. 

 

A bachelors degree is required plus five to 10 years of progressive sales management experience working in a global sales environment.  Proven ability to negotiate agreements with top level customers.  Ability and willingness to travel internationally on an extensive basis.
