Director of Production / Fortune 50 Alcohol Beverage Company
Join one of the world’s best known and most dynamic Fortune 500 beverage organizations as the Director of Production. This is primarily a strategic role overseeing a 250-person production facility with 75 salaried and 175 hourly employees. The Director of Production will manage two Managers, one in Bottling and one in Processing who are responsible for the “front line,” day to day operation and the majority of the 250+ employees.
Ideal candidate will have strong financial background, proven strategic thinking abilities, fast track record of increasing responsibility and 5 or more years experience in a similar role, preferably with an alcohol beverage manufacturer, winery, spirit company, brewery, etc. Candidates with high speed manufacturing experience involving a liquid bottled in glass may also be considered.
Stable work history is mandatory, Base salary range is $95K to $105K plus a realistic 20% annual bonus, matching 401K, paid vacation, medical, dental, vision, etc.
Relocation package will be negotiated at time of offer.
