Director of Supply Chain

Job Description Title: Global Director of Supply Chain Position ID: 108 Location: Deerfield Beach, FL Are you a dynamic and experienced supply chain professional that would thrive in a fast-paced international supply chain team?  Would you like to be part of a growing organization that is a leader in its niche and recognizes your contribution with further advancement?  If so, opportunity is knocking! Client Summary:  -  Industry leading Consumer Products (hard goods) distributor;-  Grew 100%+ over past 2 years with plans to grow to $3B by the end of 2008;-  Manufacturing and distribution locations worldwide. Position Description: -  Director of Supply Chain reporting to the VP of Supply Chain;-  Primary conduit to funnel China factory perspectives back to the supply planning team in the US;-  Implement and track metrics in areas like capacity planning, supplier performance and inventory planning;-  Support new product development / introduction process and communicate any problems that may affect supply / demand;-  Work closely with sales, marketing and finance to stay ahead of any demand / supply issues and optimize the P&L;-  Run the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings. Background Required:  -  Highly energetic individual with 7-10 years supply chain, materials management, and/or operations experience;-  Experience with high-volume manufacturing;-  Experience working with / in Chinese factories;-  Solid knowledge and understanding of Tier-1 ERP and Advanced Planning / Forecasting systems;-  Bachelor’s Degree required;-  Chinese speaking (Cantonese or Mandarin) a huge advantage. Compensation Plan:  -  $115-120K + bonus;-  Benefit package including medical, dental, disability and 401(k);-  Full relocation provided. For consideration, please submit your current resume to: Jason Breault, Managing DirectorTopGrading Solutions jason@topgradingsolutions.com www.topgradingsolutions.com MRINetwork is the largest and most successful search organization in the world.
