DISTRIBUTION MANAGER BILINGUAL SPANISH/ENGLISH

Latin-American Company is looking  for a distribution Manager Bilingual

Manages the ordering and distribution of products. Ensures timely deliveries to maximize sales. Maintains contact with retailers on product delivery and with the merchandising department on the receiving of products. 

The role of distribution manager within logistics  involve transportation, stock control, warehousing, and ensuring structures are in place to monitor the flow of goods and materials. 

Qualifications for Distribution Manager

Three to five years management experience in a retail warehouse/distribution environment
Excellent computer and communication skills
Strong sense of customer service and people management skills
Excellent management skills in decision making, use of judgment and problem solving
Demonstrated excellent management skills in decision-making, use of judgment, and problem solving Proven outstanding leadership abilities Proficient in using a PC (Windows NT, Microsoft Office) Willing to work off-shifts Demonstrated involvement in the practice of change management implementing health and safety procedures; managing staff training issues; motivating other members of the team;


The Warehouse / Distribution Center manager oversees a multi location warehouse in 9 states in USA.

The focus of this position is to deliver and improve overall warehouse productivity, control and account for all inventory movement while managing all aspects related to the facility itself.

Responsibilities include

Ensure accurate inventory
Product and equipment ordering
Provide training to new hires
Schedule and assign work to warehouse employees
