Distribution/Warehouse Supervisor - Coral Springs...Sleep Late!

This opportunity is in the Distribution Center of our Coral Springs Corporate facility and has been revised with additional responsibilities.

 

Core hours for this Supervisory opportunity are: Noon to 9:00 P.M., Monday - Friday

 

This position reports to the Distribution Manager and delegates and oversees the activities of department employees, as well as assists in their development.

 

You Must Have…

Demonstrated strong leadership skills

Supervised more than 10 people

Experience in defining expectations and performance standards for team members

A stable work history, with related experience in a Warehouse/Distribution setting

Played a significant role in evaluating the accomplishments of established standards

Outstanding organizational and follow-up skills

Experience coaching and developing your team members

A track record of bringing out the best in people

 

If you possess all of the listed qualifications above, we also require the following: 

At least 3 years Supervisory experience in a Distribution Center or Warehouse setting (not a manufacturing environment)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Above average Computer/PC knowledge

Outstanding follow-up ability
