ENGINEERING MANAGER
Stella D’oro, a 75 year manufacturer of specialty cookies and breadsticks, located in the Riverdale section of Bronx, New York, is seeking an Engineering Manager for immediate hire.
Experience is preferred in the food and bakery industry. Candidate must demonstrate the ability to manage projects operating within budgetary controls and work with equipment manufacturers and contractors. This position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer.
Responsibilities: Production Engineering, improving production efficiency and reducing process variation.Technical and operational responsibility for new robotic packaging lineSafety management Facility security Integrating predictive maintenance with plant operations
Skills:10 years experience in Manufacturing EngineeringKnowledge of PLC and CAD softwareMasters in Engineering and/or PE a plus.
