Philip Morris USA is an operating company within Altria Group, Inc. Altria is a Fortune 10 company and the largest consumer products company in the world. PM USA is the domestic tobacco operating company of Altria. Powered by people, PM USA plans for continued growth as a leader in marketing and manufacturing of consumer products made for adults.
Key among those people, are Territory Sales Managers (TSMs) who are each assigned to a geographic territory with approximately $10 million in annual sales. TSMs are responsible for establishing a consultative relationship with customers as well as selling and implementing sales promotions and programs.

Philip Morris requires that their online resume application be completed prior to interviewing with them, and that the Candidate Reference Number you are emailed be brought with you to the recruiting event. Steps to complete the Philip Morris pre-application process:
- Go to www.cantbeattheexperience.com
- Click on "Create a Job Profile" in the upper right hand corner.
- Follow the prompts to complete a profile (This will create a profile for the candidate.)
- From the menu at the top of the page, click on "SEARCH JOBS".
- Scroll down and click on the word "ADVANCED".
- Enter requisition 3943BR in the white box and click "SEARCH" at the bottom of the page.
- Click on the check box in the left column for Jobs 3943BR and then click on "SUBMIT TO JOB(S)".
- Enter your email address and password and click "CONTINUE".
- Follow the directions to load your resume.
- Record the "confirmation/reference" number and provide to the manager at your interview.
IN SOME CASES, YOU MAY HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL YOU RECEIVE AN EMAIL WITH THE CONFIRMATION NUMBER. THEREFORE, IT IS IMPORTANT TO SUBMIT A FEW DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT.
The reference number MUST be brought with you to the event in order to receive an in-depth interview. Without the reference number, you will not be able to meet with Philip Morris representatives.
