EVP, Sales and Marketing - Consumer Products

We are currently searching for an energetic leader to help to take our client's established consumer products business to the next level. This company is located in Atlanta, GA (Northeast Atlanta) and it is essential that this individual work out of the Atlanta office. Relocation assistance will be provided.

This is a company with excellent products and a strong consumer following. This company is ready to move to the next level and we are looking for the right person to lead the sales and marketing organization.

The EVP, Sales and Marketing will be responsible for setting the strategic direction for sales and marketing efforts and well as managing the current sales and marketing staff. This person is expected to be hands-on in contributing to both sales growth and retail/consumer marketing strategies.  This person will also work closely with product development.

We are looking for a strong leader who is entrepreneurial, aggressive and hands-on. This product is currently sold in mass and drug chains. Our client is looking to expand the retail base aggressively over the next 2-3 years. This is a solid product which has a loyal consumer following.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in leading significant market share growth of small to medium size consumer products companies. This is a hands-on position which carries leadership responsibilities and also requires an individual who is able to work with retailers directly.
