Engagement Manager - Medical

We are looking for someone with Quality Control Management experience in the Medical field to join our team as an Engagement Manager in Warsaw, IN.

 

Position Description:

 

· Develop and maintain all customer/location contacts on all assigned projects as well as cultivate new business.

· Meet with customer and/or location contacts at the beginning of all new projects to determine project

specifications, and to set up the job to the customer’s instructions and ensure expectations are being met.

· Develops and completes customer/location reports as required.  Handle customer relations including complaints and corrective action.

· Support corporate team to ensure accuracy of all internal / external paperwork including collection of unpaid accounts.

· Lead a team of hourly and salary employee’s, which includes: employee relations issues, annual reviews, prioritizing work assignments, training, etc...

· Responsible for all processes performed by inspectors to ensure we are in compliance with 21 CFR Part 820, ISO 13485, customer requirements, and company quality SOP.

· Knowledge of GMP, GDP, and OSHA standards.

· Effectively manage many tasks of various complexities at the same time.

 

 

Qualifications:

 

· Two-year degree in business or technical degree in quality, automotive, manufacturing, or engineering, or 5 years of equivalent experience.

· Minimum of two years in management and supervision of salaried and hourly personnel.

· Minimum of two years experience in a FDA, QS and/or ISO work environment.

· Excellent organizational skills to establish, implement, control, revise, and evaluate work projects.

· Proficient in the use of metrology gauging tools and equipment.

· Excellent human relations and customer service skills including written and oral communication skills.

· Possess conflict resolution skills and employee motivation techniques.

· Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office Professional computer programs.

· Ability to travel often on short notice including overnight.

· Proven experience using initiative and independent decision making skills under pressure.

· Previous experience working with precision measurement instruments, Blue Print reading, including GD&T, is highly desirable.

· Experience going through audits including ISO, customer, FDA, and CE recertification audit a plus.

· Previous experience negotiating and collection a plus.
