We are currently seeking an Engineering Manager for our Atlanta Distribution center.

 

Responsibilities:Oversee maintenance group of 20-25 associates, including supervisor(s), engineer(s), mechanics, electricians, etc.Manage departmental expenses and capital spending plan.Manage building, grounds, and equipment maintenance for a large distribution facility.Initiate process improvement ideas.Manage key service vendors, such as security and housekeeping.Responsible for a combined budget of $6MM to spend and $2-$6MM capital plan.Responsible for Maintenance Department staff of 20-25 AssociatesResponsible for maintaining assets valued at $90MM

 Requirements:4 Year Bachelors degree in a technical discipline, preferably in Engineering. MBA preferred. Experience in project/process management, cost management, continuous improvement, and quality control highly desired. Previous experience supervising salaried employees plus a minimum of 10+ hourly employees. PC literate with a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Excellent presentation skills; interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
