Entry Level Technical Recruiter

Required Skills:
· This position does require a 4-year-degree, preferably with technical orientation or emphasis in the field
· Must have 1-3 years experience in a parallel industry or some experience in IT staffing.
· A general understanding of the internet, operating systems, languages and data bases is required; the more IT skills, the better!
· Must be willing to look for opportunities to meet new people as well as pursue a true interest and curiosity in learning about others.
· It is imperative to be a self motivator who desires to understand goals and directions in which to execute a plan.
· The chosen individual shall demonstrate self initiative taken beyond what is normally expected in a job or other duties and must have some success in meeting quotas.
· An effective candidate will join in the fun and be a team player!
· Must also possess excellent phone skills, have the ability to negotiate, very detail oriented, and capable of multi-tasking.
Responsibilities:
It will be the Junior Recruiters priority to provide exceptional client service and full lifecycle recruiting within NetEffects, Inc. A successful candidate will need to:
· Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal staff, vendors, community organizations, and other team members to create a partnership that yields success, predictable results and credibility.
· Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.
· Leverage online recruiting resources and in-house database to identify and recruit the very best candidates.
· Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
· Provide complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about our clients’ positions.
· Prescreen candidates, create and present prescreening questions to candidates during interview process.
· Manage and coordinates all communication with candidates.
· Interview all candidates presented before submittals and include the use of behavioral-based interviewing methodologies.
· Manage the scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and clients.
· Prepare candidates for interviewing with our clients and provides detailed information about the company, business strategies, department background, job descriptions, and expectation-setting.
· Organize, lead and document post-interview debrief/feedback and post-mortems with the sales person.
· Review the hiring manager’s feedback with each candidate and takes appropriate action when warranted.
· Perform detailed reference checks and/or reference analysis on selected candidates and reviews results with sales people and clients.
· Extend offers of employment to selected candidates.
· Manage the presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing, and administrative components involved in full lifecycle recruiting.
· Conduct follow-up calls and quality-improvement studies with new hires.
· Initiate and maintain excellent working relations within NetEffects.
· Use effective communication approaches that include proactively keeping others informed, appropriately expressing ideas and thoughts verbally and in written form, and timeliness.
· Work cooperatively with all members of the staffing team to develop and implement staffing plans and activities.
· Develop an effective pipeline of key talent potentially available for immediate hire as succession planning needs dictate.
· Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices.
