Entry Level Web Designer / Developer

Web Developer/ IT Support

We are currently seeking a Web Developer that will deal mainly with Website Strategy and Portal Development. This is currently a one man show that will also be responsible for corporate IT support.

The web sales division is the next area in our growth and this position can be a great way for the right candidate to help shape and build our future online sales and growth!

Responsible for issues relating to:
• Creating and overseeing business plans that drive the growth and innovation of our profitable portal, allshows.com.
• Functionality and flow of the website for easy navigation for clients.
• Design, structure and craft new graphics for events and specific business needs. 
• Assess web campaigns and generate weekly email event updates
• Implement strategies that increase web site sales and traffic
• Analyze web traffic/usage and refine portal based on results
• Create strategies that convert audience interest into action increasing our audience of fans and highly-targeted consumers
• Collaborate with marketing to promote the portal and content
• Trouble shoot connectivity issues for remote clients
• Implement configuration standards and best practices of office PCs
•  Configure Print and file servers

Requirements & Technical Skills:
• Must be able to communicate and work collaboratively with others.
• Must be familiar with XML programming language
• Graphic design experience 1-2 years
• Understanding technical aspects to design
•  Written and oral communication skills needed
• Familiar with Microsoft operating systems and Office Suite
• College degree preferred
