Summary
This position has North American responsibility for International Mobility Programs and domestic relocation. Primary responsibilities include active participation with global mobility peers regarding policy interpretation, design and administration. In North America, this position will be accountable to manage interface with Ernst & Young outsourced service provider and to handle escalation and exceptions as they arise.

 




Qualifications:

High School diploma or GED required
Minimum of  5 years related HR or expatriate admin experience

Must be able to work with international assignees at all levels of the organization

Ability to manage third party providers of outsourced administrative services

Ability to work effectively and make decisions in a complex environment where new processes are not yet established

Must have excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills.

Prior experience managing expatriate programs for a major international employer is highly desirable
