Steaz is an innovative beveragecompany that sources organic, fair-trade, green tea and creates a line ofhealthy beverages, Steaz Sparkling Green Tea and Steaz Energy. Steaz iscurrently seeking a Regional Field Marketing Rep for the state of New Jersey. Candidate must be willing to cover entire state. Responsibilitiesinclude management and support of marketing objectives, strategies, andphilosophies; sourcing, planning and execution of marketing events; develop andmanage grass root & guerilla marketing initiatives; and the integrate marketingefforts on premise via key account samplings to build brand awareness, brandloyalty, and drive sales.

 

Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate has a passion for sales and marketing, is health conscious, and possesses general knowledge about organic foods and socially responsible businessMust be energetic, efficient, and organized self-starter with a great personality and excellent communication skillsMust be able to work independently, be goal driven, and willing to work the necessary hours to get the job done. Job involves lifting, loading, and carrying of product.Directly support relationships with local accounts that carry Steaz via merchandising and in-store support with key account samplings, POS, promotional/special offers, etc.Support local sales team, by working closely with them as they develop local retailer base, open new accounts, and maintain existing accounts.Maximize ROI by supporting and creating marketing opportunities and executing events that touch our target demographicStreet team samplings in high traffic, high visibility areas of regionDevelop & maintain relationships with influencers in regionManaging product inventory and POSWork closely with the Director of Marketing to ensure marketing vision and grass root efforts are exceeded 

 

Requirements:

 Posses at least 2 years in sales and marketing, preferably in natural products, beverage, or grocery.A clean driving record and good driving skillsAbility to lift 50 lbs.Time management, ability to travel and work a flexible schedule.Excellent communication and organization skills, must be detail orientedStrong project management and planning abilitiesPositive, creative mind that will inspire team and create culture for the brandBachelors Degree preferred
