OEM Packaging equipment manufacturer has openings for a Field Service Engineer to travel to customer sites to service the machines. Work on PLCs, electrical systems, electronics, pneumatics, and mechanical Systems. Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and installs. Equipment includes case packers, case sealers, case erectors, palletizers, unitizers, tray formers, tray packers, and decasers.2. If you are tired and bored with going to the same place and doing the same thing every day, then this position offers tremendous variety. You travel to new places and see different processes and applications every day. 3. Position offers excellent benefits.4. Approximately 60% out of town travel is required. 5. Position requires relocation to Clearwater, Florida west of Tampa. Relocation assistance is provided.Requirements:1. Experience working on packaging equipment and/or other forms of manufacturing equipment.2. Must be willing to travel 60%.3. Experience troubleshooting PLC controls.4. Strong electronic troubleshooting skills.5. Strong mechanical aptitude.6. Strong electrical aptitude.7. Ability to read electrical schematics.8. Ability to read mechanical drawings.9.
