Finance Manager, Foodservice Marketing

  POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: · Complete the sales and expense budgeting / reforecasting process for the Foodservice business. Track actual results versus forecast and provide insight into the variances.   · Develop summary P&Ls and mix reports to support variance analyses and year over year comparisons.   · Work on new product introductions and capital projects analyses as necessary, providing payback, NPV and IRR information.   ·  Provide key actual and trend reports to several Sales, Marketing and Pricing groups that will help drive profitable business growth. Provide key commentaries for the variances. Ensure validity of reports vs. General Ledger.   · Participate in key projects such as benchmarking studies, Sales Incentive Plan establishment. Projects may be heavily weighed towards systems improvement initiatives.   · Ensure adequate fiscal compliance and financial control through proper reporting and due diligence against results.   Job Requirements: · M.B.A. in finance, CPA degree a plus · 5-7 years of financial experience, preferably in consumer products industry · Skilled in Excel, Access and other MS Office products suite · Excellent aptitude to learn new software. SAP, Business Warehouse experience a plus · Independent thinker and self motivated · Excellent oral, written and graphical presentation skills · Strong relationship builder at multi-level and team player · Professional and ability to influence · Quick learner · Ability to perform detailed analyses as well as support strategic recommendations · Ability to multi-task and time-manage priorities and deadlines.Ability to learn financial information systems LOCATION: US-IL-HIGHLAND PARK
