Food Process Engineer

I am currently conducting a search for an engineer that has food capital project or processing engineering experience.  Successful candidates will possess 2-5 yrs. of experience with project/process engineering either in food, pharmaceutical, or in any continuous batch/high speed packaging manufacturing facilities, possess an appropriate Mechanical, Chemical, or Food Engineering degree, have strong communication skills and be able to easily use that ability to interact and influence at all levels in the organization.  I am looking for an individual who is dedicated about their own personal development and increasing their role and responsibility (and pay) in the future.
