We currently have an opening for an HR Compensation & Technology Analyst.

HR Compensation & Technology Analyst will support the Compensation & HR Technology Manager to identify, evaluate, prioritize and implement best practices for HR Technology & Compensation solutions aligned with the global HR Strategy. In addition, this position will aid in the development and maintenance of the infrastructure and integrity of overall HR data, providing tools, processes, functionalities and guidelines to the HR team allowing for greater focus on more value added activities. HR Analyst will work with other members of the HR team on ad hoc projects providing technical and analytical expertise and contribution.

 

Responsibilities: Review, update & administer base pay and bonus programs for US population.Coordinate compensation survey participation and analysis.Complete market analysis and compensation assessments for job pricing.Maintain and improve HR data infrastructure .Work with Total Rewards team on designing, developing and implementing systems/upgrades/interfaces/applications bringing added value to the business.Respond to recurring weekly, monthly and adhoc reporting needs: EEO, AAP, turnover,headcount, training.Define and manage security and data protection compliance with all HR technologies.Recommend new HR technology initiatives bringing efficiency and customize & implement in the business.

Qualifications

·  Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Finance or Human Resources

·  3-5 years experience in an HR Generalist role with exposure to compensation analysis and HR technology solution.

·  Understanding of Data Compliance & Data protection regulations.

·  Ability to interact effectively with various levels within an organization.

·  Proven analytical and technical skills.

·  Results driven, self-motivated individual with ability to multi-task.

·  Must possess capacity to lead projects with minimal direction.

·  Confident individual able to ask for direction when necessary.
