Copper State Bolt & Nut Co. seeks a bilingual individual for an assistant position within our Human Resources Dept. in Phoenix.  Copper State is celebrating 36 years as a distributor and manufacturer of fastener products with locations throughout Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico, Texas and Nevada.  We have been experiencing tremendous growth and look to add to our winning team.

 

Ideal candidate should demonstrate the following:

 

-    must be bilingual (speak/write in Spanish)

-    strong work ethic

-    excellent verbal communication skills

-    strong 10 key by touch data entry skills

-    proficiency in Microsoft excel, word and outlook

 

Typical duties and responsibilities:

 

-    assisting new hires with paperwork

-    conduct e-verify process for all new hires

-    electronic and manual filing

-    liaison for Spanish speaking employees

-    distribute benefit packets

-    other related duties may be assigned
