Our client is a well established national and international company/brand. We are looking for a candidate that is currently a Human Resource representative/generalist (2-4 years experience) that can demonstrate/communicate examples of hands on employee relations skills (meaning, one that is accessible to employees, one that "walks the floor", handles day to day issues; is proactive vs. reactive. This is not "sitting behind a desk" nor "administrative employee relations" even though some administrative work will be done.

Our client requires a four year college degree.
