Human Resources Manager      Human Resources Manager-Cortland New York  ‘”experience the difference”……………. Marietta is a leader in the world of hotel personal and custom guest amenities, and contract manufacturing of packaging for household consumer cleaning products.  We currently are seeking an experienced “hands-on” Human Resources professional with at least 5-10 years of strong generalist experience to join our Corporate Human Resources department. As a member of our management staff, the Human Resources Manager will be primarily responsible for:  Benefits Administration Employee relations Performance management Legal and employment laws Organizational staffing/Talent Management   Executive management coaching and mentoring, training and recruiting Assist the Corporate Director in the implementation and maintenance of Performance Management programs Succession Planning Administration of Wage and Salary Programs  Retention and Development Design of Job Descriptions/ and  Job-Value Analysis Full Life Cycle Recruiting Program Safety HRIS  Requirements:  Degreed in Human Resources Management or related degree with at least 5-10 years solid management experience preferable in a manufacturing discipline with understanding of Lean and Six-Sigma processess.
