With more than 3,700 employees, Flint Hills Resources strives to create value for customers and society.Flint Hills Resources is seeking a motivated Operations Analyst to perform installation, upgrades, troubleshooting and general administration of all FHR specific applications. Additional responsibilities include;• Assisting the FHR Architecture team in capacity planning • Documenting requirements for the monitoring of FHR specific applications• Collaborating with developer and server teams to identify the root cause of application issues.• Developing scripts used for application processing, SAN replication and application startup/shutdown automation• Assisting with application testing• Developing processes & procedures for operating FHR applications.• Perform administrative functions (such as report generation, user activation/deactivation, etc.) EOE M/F/D/V• Troubleshooting/analysis skills. • Good communication skills. • Familiarity with industry tools/utilities necessary to perform required tasks. • Strong customer service skills. • Scripting / automation skills Preferred • Autosys Operational and Support experience • Rightfax support experience• EDI Systems support experience • Windows / Unix Server administration experience Associate's Degree in CIS or equivalent work experience.Bachelor's Degree in CIS field or like course study preferred.
