Inside Sales Specialist

Bitterman Family Confections is a 70 year old leader in the candy industry is experiencing enormous growth and we are seeking a self-motivated, proven producer for a new position.  The successful candidate will have a history of successful inside sales experience using the telephone to build new client relationships, maintain excellent customer service, and surpass quotas.  Our reputation is derived from our quality service, dedication and commitment to our customers.  This position reports directly to the Sales Manager.

 

Essential Qualifications and Duties:

 Generate sales by calling existing and former clientsAbility to initiate and develop long-term relationships with new clientsAbility to create, maintain and execute a successful territory sales planAbility to research and implement marketing strategies to develop new marketsVerifiable successful inside/telemarketing sales experienceAbility to enter orders, catalog, and sales data into computer system (use of ACT, WORD, EXCEL, OUTLOOK, AND MASS 200 is preferred)
