In this excellent opportunity, you will work very closely with our client to:Contact retailers, both independent and small chains and procure scanning data.  Professional client calls both inbound and outbound. Contact targeted retailers and negotiate the purchase of scanning data. Accurately and completely fill out external legal documents and internal documents including but not limited to: Contracts, Authorization letters, confidentially agreements and Store Information Sheets. As contract holder and escalation point, act as liaison between the retailer, ISS and CSS for problem solving issues. Those include but are not limited to: Payment issues, Authorization issues, missing, bad and or incomplete data.  Ability to work professionally, effectively, with cross functional departments.  Connect with each retailer on their level. Answer inquiries from internal and external groups. Provide solutions or escalate issues. Participate as team member in projects as assigned. Overall accountability for ensuring assigned goals is met.A successful candidate will possess:- BA preferred or equivalent retailer industry experience. - Client Service skills. - Strong organizational and problem solving skills. - Strong written and oral communication skills. - Proven expertise in managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously. - Proven ability to build interdepartmental relations and interface with external departments. - Proficiency in MS software: Word, Excel. - Demonstrate communication, problem solving, trouble shooting and interpersonal skills.  - Demonstrated project management skills, involving time management, organizational and documentation.    Preferred Experience: Retail background with basic knowledge of store formats, products, POS and operations.  IRI offers a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package including relocation benefits, tuition reimbursement, immediate medical/dental/vision coverage, 401(k) plan, flexible work arrangements, casual work environment, and an excellent opportunity for growth.  IRI is an Equal Opportunity Employer
